An easy and healthy dish for a quick weekday dinner.
Ingredients
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- 2 tablespoons of aioli
- 1 localeaves Mizuna
- 4 slices of bread of your choice
- 4 slices of bacon
- 1 localeaves cress of your choice
Instructions
- Boil the eggs for 8 minutes and once its cooked slice them into two halves.
- Lay out bacon slices on a pan and fry them until they’re crispy.
- Plate the bread slices and spread the sides generously with aioli.
- Stack the rest of the ingredients (mizuna leaves, egg, bacon slices) on top of the coated bread slice.
