A simple must try salmon dish.
Ingredients
- 120 g unsalted butter
- 2 lemons
- 3 cloves of garlic (minced)
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 1 Kg salmon
- 1 localeaves Dill
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 oC. Line a baking sheet with foil.
- In a small bowl, whisk together butter, lemon juice from 1 lemon, lemon zest, garlic, and 1/3 of the fresh dill salt and pepper, to taste.
- Place salmon onto prepared baking sheet and fold up all 4 sides of the foil. Spoon the butter mixture over the salmon. Fold the sides of the foil over the salmon, covering completely and sealing the packet closed.
- Place into oven and bake until cooked through, about 20 - 30 minutes.
- Garnished with the rest of the fresh dill.
- Served with rice or a localeaves salad.
